What we collect

When you request a lighting design we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give one), your home address, and — only if you choose to add one — a photo of the front of your home.

Why

We use it to create your lighting design and so your local franchise can contact you about it.

Who sees it

Your details go to the local franchise that serves your address and to the brand. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Your photo

Your photo is stored privately, with its location and camera data removed, and is never shown publicly — the design page only ever shows the generated picture. We do not run face recognition or any biometric processing on it.

How long we keep it

A photo you uploaded but never submitted is deleted within 24 hours. A photo on a request we could not complete, or that was outside our service area, is deleted after 7 days. A photo used for your design stays with your request so your designer can refer to it.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete your information or photo, email privacy@raabet.ai with the address you entered.

Terms

The design picture and price range are an illustration based on public imagery and measurements of your roofline; they are not a quote or a contract. Your final price is confirmed at your free design consultation.

Please only upload a photo you took, of your own home.
